Ten Years Later…

“To never forget is to keep a grasp on the details”, a quote from the former head chef of the World Trade Center restaurant in response to how he copes with being a survivor of 9/11 when some of his staff did not make it. He was interviewed along with the wives and children of his deceased colleagues on the show ‘Sunday Morning’, very touching and a much needed reminder after the so- called crazy week I had, nothing compares to the sudden loss of a loved one, especially mounted against the backdrop of an attack on the country. For those who lost someone in DC, NY, or PA thank you for sharing your experiences that fateful day; I sincerely hope that time has helped to ease the rawness of your pain.
